Is It Possible to Inherit Blue Eyes, Brown Hair, and Negative Emotions?

Are the emotions you are carrying right now not yours, to begin with? What if those feelings started from those around you?

It’s not only physical traits that can be passed down, but you can also inherit feelings and emotions as well. You can inherit any negative emotion such as anger, depression, shame, guilt, frustration, etc. from your parents, grandparents, and even great-grandparents.

Just like the way you’ve inherited your grandparent’s blue eyes or your mom’s curly hair, emotions get passed from generations to the next. While you are not aware of it, you have unconsciously taken on your family’s emotions. These inherited emotions can even go back several generations. This can be your mom’s anxiety, great-grandmother’s depression, your father’s extroversion, etc.

It’s true as their feelings, their anger, their fears, their shutdowns, – can all unwittingly become part of yours. These inherited emotions are emotions that we receive upon conception. Before birth, before you start thinking, and as you grow up, your parents play a huge part in your emotional environment.

If you’ll recall a time when you felt heart-broken or grief-stricken, there’s a possibility that a specific memory will quickly come to your mind. If you remember an event when you felt sad or angry form an experience, you might feel emotionally-charged just by thinking about it. This is to say that there are negative emotions that reside within you.

At the time a baby is conceived, and during a mother’s pregnancy, emotional frequencies are too strong that it gets passed from the parents onto to their baby. Most of the time, emotions that a mother feels during pregnancy has a high chance of being absorbed and inherited by the baby.

Inside the womb, a baby is bathed by the mother’s emotions and experiences the environment around. Everything that a mother feels and thinks is communicated with the baby inside the womb. For instance, if the mother feels, stressed, happy or fearful, the baby is imprinted with those emotions too. When a mom feels worried and unsupported during pregnancy, this negative feeling can be passed on to the baby.

Healing Inherited Emotions

It can be tough to move beyond those inherited emotions.

Think of how many times you’ve lost your passion? Or how you feel when you things are working out the way you want it to be? Chances are, inherited emotions are holding you back. Most of the time do you ever wonder what’s going on?

Without knowing it, those emotions can be hurting you. These emotions can sabotage your best intentions and well-being.

This is where most people struggle. Inherited emotions are deeply buried that it’s hard to figure out that it’s within you.

The good news is, you can take action to break those inherited emotions.

Just like in sessions I have with my clients, I try to look for one trapped emotion absorbed during pregnancy. It can be what the mom experiences during pregnancy, but sometimes there isn’t. But then, you don’t have to know how those emotions started so you can free yourself from it. What we can do is to discover where those emotions get trapped in your body to release them

Ignoring them isn’t the solution as it will only come back to haunt you. But when you break that negative cycle, not just you, but your children or your grandchildren won’t have to live with negativity in their lives.

Freeing yourself from those inherited emotions benefit your entire family. It’s a way to bring back your ancestor’s dignity as you liberate yourself from it. Once these emotions have been released, they’ve been released from the entire generation line forwards as well as backward.

Start healing and working on yourself from those harmful emotional energies of the past.

No one wants to keep those negative emotions at bay, so isn’t it time to let them go?
